Well, you do need to do Excavation flights first, then Adventure flights to collect the Large Bronze Chests, and then finally the Golden Chests (along with Sky Captain).

There is no way I can reactivate my casinos once the time runs out. Activation has gone way too expensive. And I need greens to purchase land. Not good, GI. Not good.

No matter what we think about their decisions (and I agree that raising the restart prices on their banknote-producing buildings is excessive), GI is in business to make money. If they don't make money on a game they stop supporting it. Unfortunately for us players, Russia has discovered capitalism.

Restarting a building that gives you greenies with gold and silver tokens essentially forces you to re-use your greenies in areas where they best yield back tokens!

What I said prob doesn't make much sense But what I mean is that if you re-invest some of your greenies in excavations and possibly adventure quests and getting the 3x3 reward buildings that also yield golden chests. Or possibly use them to buy 5 PEBs from Duke every week, (or as many as you want from the store at a higher price of course) allows you to get first and second place in launches, gradually collecting golden chests. I've also been purchasing golden dice quite often, almost once a day, to help with the adventure quests, and the returns were pretty good. Therefore, I agree with Tom; after all, this is a strategy game, so create your own strategies for what you want to achieve, and figure out how to do that. My MO is to get as many buildings as possible, I don't play to reach the Top 100, neither do I play to "beat" some other players, I am happy whenever I obtain a new building, and I am happy that with the land expansions recently made possible, I can put all the buildings I've accumulated during the last 3 and a half years I play on my OS.

There are buildings that give golden chests? Which ones?

When you acquire the Notre Dame or the Louvre, you get Golden Chest. Same with Rocket Gardens, and Space Monument if my memory serves me right.

When you think about it, this is a bit of a missed opportunity by G! . 10 times more golden tokens for a back or casino makes it impossible for most players to get one, let alone extend the lifetime. Maybe Free2Play and his team could consider to do this more like land expansions. Make them affordable in the beginning and after a few extensions increase the price etc... Seems fair to me.

I agree with you...

Certainly having 6 casinos, banks and mints have given a lot of players a great opportunity to collect greens.

Maybe a maximum 1 of each would be more than sufficient!!
