Looking to add some new neighbors for gifts and event visits.

Had several long-term neighbors go inactive in last few weeks. I gift nearly every day and I generally prioritize those who are consistent on their end. I also make a point to send items that are being requested (i.e. not one of those who just lazily send F20 to everyone). I also make all event buildings available and easy to find for those looking for visits to satisfy event tasks.
