It is a bug or something because nobody playing a normal game can go from 133 to 1 in a week.
That would indicate 19 flights a day unless you were will to spend lots of real money for fuel and passengers.

There are several different level numbers being used. ie. Top 100, persons ranking level, points awarded for various tasks.
It was most probably a typo error created by the server. It added a couple of extra zeros in the wrong place.
