Join in an Alliance

Hello all, I started playing 10 days ago and I’m currently at level 23. I would like to join in an Alliance but it seems very difficult! Any suggestions please?!

Ok I'll send invite then, I fixed the problem it was the number of stars u had, i never changed them, so I adjusted them to a level of 20 stars for a permanent fix
