It's monday - no time traveler but can't visit SOME of my neighbors

Wonder if the neighbors I can't visit are getting the time traveler error instead of me this monday. Two previous mondays in a row I got the time traveler bug and was unfairly accused of cheating. This monday I was dreading - my gifting opened 1/2 hour late and I can visit *HALF* of my neighbors but other neighbors are locked when I try and visit - several neighbors, not just one (see pic - all the locked ones look like this) --- this is a NEIGHBOR not my airport
