I was level 69, just logged on to see how my alliance is doing lost everything I've worked so hard for took me back to only Level 34 what the hell is going on?

Nope, there is a intermittent bug that can return a player several levels back or to the beginning.
Contact GI, put a ticket in and hopefully by Friday they can restore your game.
I suggest in the future you back up your game on a regular basis, there are several guides on this forum.
