Android Is there a reward for discovering and reporting game bugs?

And that goes into another issue. How they handle bug reports. Those to have to be screened for things that aren't bugs but are presented as bugs, duplicate bug reports (user A and user B are experiencing the same issue), and where a user might not understand how something actually works. And in communications, it not a client or server that can fail, but things in between such as a cable failure, or cell phone service being unable for a few minutes.

It's easy to talk about communication but there are reasons why a software company may not want communicate:

1) It could reveal proprietary or trade secrets. Those are golden in many companies.
2) Some things probably be beyond of many user's knowledge or may come across as being irresponsible.
3) The software company may not want to reveal about some upcoming development they are uncertain of. It hurt their credibility if they were doing things like announcing "vaporware" (see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vaporware ). Software development is a long, complex process with a lot of uncertainties.
