Android Iceberg Bar now subtracting from population -15

Since the last update, instead of yielding +15 population, the Iceberg bar gives -15
It took me a little while to work out why my population was suddenly nearly maxed out. I haven't checked other buildings.

if it gives extra pop it’s would say on the build screen ‘ this building increases max pop by 15’.
Yield +15 is GIs funny way of saying it will cost you 15. Agree it doesn’t yield at all. Bad English on their part, but that’s what it means
