First, not everyone get's the video (I never get it on Iphone, just on Ipad)
Second, if you blocked pop-up's, notifications and alerts etc, there is a chance you don't get them.

I got the commercial video offer on my iPad (for GI's new game 2020
), and got 5 greenies... that's very rare for iOS users...
