Hi everyone,
I’ve been a member of Alliance for several significant months now.
I didn’t create it — I joined it after it was already established.

Over time, the number of members has changed a few times, and right now there are only two of us.
However, I’ve noticed that the other member hasn’t been active for many weeks — a really long time.

This has put a lot of pressure on me, since I’m trying to reach one of the two weekly bonuses:
Golden Hat Bonus – 30% of flights completed
First Class Bonus – 50% of flights completed

Thanks to my ongoing activity, the Alliance has increased its level and reputation over time
Because of the long inactivity, I’ve become the leader of the Alliance.

My question is:
👉 Would it be reasonable to expel and remove the inactive member from Alliance?

If your goal is to increase the level of this alliance and get those bonuses, then you should expel that player. It is unfortunate that you have no way of communicating your intentions - they probably don't know you want them to do tasks. After that, you can remain as the sole player in the alliance or try to recruit players who care about tasks.
An alternate suggestion is to join an established alliance that has communication, as flyhores says.

I would strongly suggest you close down the one player alliance, you will somewhat struggle to attract worthy forum members to join you. It would be better for you to join an alliance that is already well established and has room to grow. It should not be too much of a problem to secure a place.
