Windows How to upgrade without ads ?

So I'm trying to upgrade my H command center for more pads, but the items I need (it seems) are only available thru watching ads (I don't see the items in the trade list)

Any ideas? Am I missing something?

I don't know which level of Command Center you are building, but the items are available by ads OR by visiting specific neighbors' buildings. Not from gifting.

I've been playing for a few years on Windows and never had ads. I've manage to do all upgrades with no problems.

There are 2 exceptions: Event buildings upgrades and Helis building. To upgrade an H building can be a nightmare and I've spent weeks visiting odd neighbours buildings with no drops before deciding to just forget about upgrading them until GI will fix the ads

if you ran out of ads visit the neighbours refinery/fuel stations or whatever it say when you click on the item you needed, I can assure you the drop rates are so rare other than very seldom as they claim
