Hi all new here! How do I get specific items from neighbors? I go to visit hit the building nothing happens. I do see the item I need though?

You have to send neighbour request to them and once they accept their buildings produce items for you to collect, 5 items per neighbour.

See below one is a neighbour, other is not...

but but...when I click on the actual building...I still don't get the item...yes the neighbor accepted me

the drop-rate is not 100%. so you might not get it at first try.
