You are in level 18 and you have 8488 airport cash or you pay real money in this game.
Are you cheating thats why they block your game.

I see a level 10 town hall in your city. This building is not available to be built until level 45 but you are only at level 18. Your game is so new that you are still collecting the awards from the chest. I suspect they blocked you for cheating, using mods. Not much we can do to help here.

If you like the game, try restarting and doing it honestly. It really is a fun game that you can play for years.

I hope you were not hacking because this is a very fun game but cheating is not something that makes a game fun
