who do you contact at GI to figure out why an account was locked? I have only ever played from one device and never done anything even close to cheating. I even just spent money to buy greens and then they locked my account.

You should be able to do it in-game, on the options menu, go to settings, then tech support. I believe there's an email address you can email, but I've always used the in-game
