GI can restore lost game profiles!!

My old game is back!!
ACEUFD3 - back to level 34 but need to restart bad santa again but hey ho!!

And it comes to me too. I have just lost everything today when the AC crashed and after system restart i needed to reinstall the game...
I have wrote to the GI and now - waiting...

At my tab a restart of the tabs brings the game back when it seems to be gone.

Same thing for me as well, went through a week of trading emails and they gave me a code that got my old game back. Lost my neighbors but I am slowing trying to add them back.

yes you are, i can visit neighbours but not gettiong hardly any gifts if any! i suspect only getting gifts from people who where new to my airport

Yes, normally that works like you said. After restart when the game starts all is back, but in my case after restart the game crashes totally - with no possibilities to run, it seems the only way was to uninstall AC and install a new one from the market. But all is lost unfortunately.
This is a warn that it is necessary to make a backup copy.
And maybe a suggestion to GI to make possible this option on the game interface?

a titanium backup can still be made even if the game won't start. That way you can try to restore only data, maybe it works?
