Android Delta plane stuck in a hanger

I purchased a Delta plane (too early on) before I had a Level 4 hanger. It was put into a level 3 hanger and now I cannot fly it even though I have a Level 4 runway, hanger, and repair facility. I am at Level 22 and have only 20 stars...What do I need to do to use my Delta plane/get it out of the hanger?

check the Airport City wiki in the lower right corner of the forum, under flights, type of plane, delta.

you will see that you need :
1. a minimum of 24 stars,
2. flight catering facility
