Not been able to complete the collection to get cemetery.
One piece is still missing .
I have
6 pumpkin beds
6 Halloween shop
1 haunted hotel
1 cemetery from initial quest

Have wasted 3 days (180 clicks) on neighbours building without a single drop

The drop rate is nothing short of crazy.
So maybe it's not a good idea to buy any quest related property , if its not gonna help you with anything .

Activated before visiting your neighbors also before landing your planes and click your buildings and the ghost round your city.
