General Collectible & Quest items

i have a couple of bonuses, dice and spyglass. One says it is for quest items, the other for collectible ones. What is the difference between the two? I just want to make sure I'm using the right bonuses with the right flights/actions

As per the info on this forum dice is used mainly for adventure flights (mesoamerica, etc) and for increasing the chance of an item like spares and building items.

Spyglass on the other hand is more effective during events to quickly assemble collections.

In the picture below:

• red arrow are the quests (items that need to drop from flights to complete builds, events, etc.),
• purple arrow are the collectibles (collections from regular destinations, adventure flights, alliance flights, ...)
