There are 26 special events which will become available to players during the course of the game year. There are two special events to look out for in particular, the Celestial Festival (introduced in September 2021) and the Winter Dream (introduced in December 2021). The first will become available to players in the second half of September, and will remain active for 12 consecutive days. The second will become available in December and will remain active for 17 consecutive days. Players will be able to collect Green Notes for free by clicking on money vehicles in the city and airport.

When the special event becomes available, a unique icon will appear on the game screen, located on the left hand side of the screen. When clicked on, the Celestial Festival special event menu will appear. EXHIBITION HALL BUILDINGS L1-L4
You will need to upgrade the building, from Level One to Level Two, to see the money vehicles. You will need to obtain the following items, Mosaic Glass x20, Plank x5, Hand Flag x70, Design Project x5. You will need these 100 items in order to make the building solid and live. Unfortunately, these items can not be gifted to you by your neighbours, you will need to obtain them by a number of gaming methods.
The Mosaic Glass x20 will drop from airplane flight destinations and Indispensable Set, the Plank x5 will drop from helicopter flight destinations and Indispensable Set, the Hand Flag x70 will drop from Tent Entities and Indispensable Set, the Design Project x5 will drop from Guest Airplanes landing at your airport and Indispensable Set. The drop rate for these items will be Seldom to Very Seldom. The Indispensable Set will cost 12 Green Notes to purchase and will contain the following upgrade items, Mosaic Glass x10, Hand Flag x10, Plank x10, Design Project x10, Invitation Card x20.

It will be important to point out that the drop rate is quite poor. You will need to click multiple vehicles and receive nothing except gold coins. Then after a considerable period of time has passed, you may receive 2 or 3 or 4 green notes and then nothing for a considerable period of time. You will also need to move around your city and airport to locate the vehicles with blue flags, since your game site will be considerably much larger than the game screen. You will not be able to see all the money vehicles in your city and airport.
UPGRADING EXHIBITION HALL BUILDINGS
The Exhibition Hall L1-L4 buildings occupies 3x3 land that is separate from your game. As you upgrade from one level to another level the buildings replace each other on the same plot of land. You will also be awarded with small amounts of Gold Coins, Invitation Cards, Festive Cakes and Energy Surge Bonus (this bonus is available from L2). Also items for the Art Livery Collection will drop very seldom. Once you have completed all four building levels you will be treated to a fly pass by a group of airplanes with multi coloured pour trails each time you open your game.
AIRFORCE BUILDING
The Airforce building will become available to collect during the Celestial Festival special event, you will need to complete the flight collection New Destination x4 to receive the building. It will increase your energy meter capacity +100. You will also receive 300 Gold Coins and 150 Experience Points each time you complete a flight collection. By activating a selection of Game Bonuses you will be able to increase the amount of gold coins and experience points you receive. You will also receive an increase amount in Festive Cake event currency which will be added to your Top 100 Competition Table position.
The five items required to complete the collection, Traveller's Guide, Passport, Boarding Pass, Camera Drone, Clothes drops from the ten event flights, Warsaw, Madrid, Brussels, Ljubljana, Ottawa, Turin, Lahore, Tunisia, Belgrade, Fez, drops from direct purchase buildings, Museum of Achievement, High-Tech Aviation Bureau and from the Impression Set 18GN purchased through the Game Store. The set contains five random items from the following four collections Art Livery, New Destination, Gathering Friends, Secret Locations.
Besides the flight collection New Destination x4 it will also be worth completing the flight collection Gathering Friends x4 which will reward you with the Deluxe Condominium building, which will give you 24 passengers every 4 hours. By activating the Family Ticket bonus you will be able to increase the number of passengers from all residential buildings by +100% for 3 hours. It is also worth mentioning that the Matryoska Doll bonus will double your passenger capacity counter for 8 hours.
NUMBER OF GREEN NOTES
How much time you are prepared to spend clicking on vehicles in your city and airport will be for you to decide. If you are prepared to spend the entire day, you will be able to collect a considerable number of free green notes. Across the entire during of the 12 day special event, you will be able to collect a good few hundred free green notes. You will need to keep in mind that the frequency of the drop rate will increase over time, in other words, you will need to click more and more cars in order for green notes to drop. The gold coins and green notes will be credited to your money display counters, located along the top row of your game screen. As long as you are prepared to put in the time and effect across the entire duration of the special event you will be rewarded.
