Windows Cannot buy green bills

When I go to buy green bills, I get a notification that I already own this and cannot buy. It started on one, then another one, and now the first three boxes I cannot use to buy. Is there something I can do to clear this error?

Clear your cache and restart and then do a force stop, then restart. That tends to fix things

What exactly you wanna buy and from where is it the event store or the regular store in the game maybe you have the maximum limit for the items you wanna buy check your warehouse if have 100 from the same item.
Also do what Tito say and if not work then you have to contact Gi support.
