Yes, it's very easy. First create a game on windows. Then on the facebook game (not using gameroom), click the little clipboard on the left side. The you enter your new ID on the popup and wait patiently. (and you also get 30 greenies!) But the game can no longer be played on facebook after transfer. I transferred a game from facebook to android and it worked fine.
