Yeah i know, its a bug. He left some months ago but the game say he is still there...

Only if Gi ban the ip address by law then YDL will not coming back only if she change the ip address and this will cost money.
But if no ban to the ip address yes she can come back with YDL-coming back

Irrespective of IP address, if an active ban is in place (it could just be a time travel violation remember) and YDL comes back through another account, she is in violation of GI's terms and conditions, and can be reported and GI should have the ability to act.

YDL is the player who is almost always #1 in alliance missions (with 10-15 million passengers or more), #1 in almost all Condor flights (500-1000 flights each), every single week! (S)he has been banned at least twice, but back within a week the first time, who knows when (s)he will be back this time.

Clicking on members gives

Makes no sense at all.

M Power was in that Alliance months ago. Its just a bug that you still see him there.
