iOS Business class does not increase helicopter income?

I had a fuel run last Saturday. I am on gold subscription and has alliance bonus. In addition to that, I also used business class. Then I noticed that neither business class and the alliance bonus apply to helicopter flights. The normal flights is 450% more than normal. But helicopter only takes the gold subscription and is 200% more. Is it a bug or on purpose?

Alliance bonus should work on the helicopters as well.
