You definitely need tech help. They are the only people who can check your game and possibly send you compensation.

Well First look and make sure you do not have 1 of those buildings. When you purchase it is random
from the pictures you showed I can only tell you did not get House of Dark Shadows. If you do not
have one of those 11 buildings then yes you need support they will sort it of there is an error.

btw here is a list of all the buildings if that helps.

Forsaken Abbey
Haunted Hotel
Haunted House
House of Dark Shadows
Mystery Cabin
Mystery Manor
Silent Hill
Spider Carousel

Also 9.99 they want 199 greens on my game.
