I have lost so many games, progress and been thru several devices and always got my game back. This problem takes the cake. :rage:

Did YOU know that you are only supposed to have ONE google acct per device?
And if you didn't know that and added another account for each support game and then LINK them ... well, you are out of luck, they cannot or will not help you.

With very little hope they will find my level 75 game with greens being flushed down the toilet from my brand new shiny MINT, oh and the New Casino sitting in storage... I don't have a c!ue what to do. I'm afraid if I get Mary again to "help" I may start screaming. :rage::rage::rage:

Contact them! I know ALL about M!
I have saved a reaction in my e-mail from Alisa, everytime I have a new "problem" I dont go create a new ticket but I contact her by answering that e-mail again :)

Humm, never dealt with Alisa, only Valery and not-give-a-crap Mary. I now can really sympathize with the people who give up this game, it's very tempting and very sad. The online friends and camaraderie here mean the world to me. This loss would be just devastating to me.:cry:

Remove the account which is connected with your Support Game from the device on which you have main game.

My prior main game was messed up by dear Mary. The main game after that, I was unaware that the Google/Facebook account was changed (by Mary?) Between yesterday and today I must have tried at least 4 new accounts and email Addy's trying to find myself.

And, if I try to remove my Google account, how in the heck do I know which one to try? Google now has the "gamer ID" attached, so its even worse. I saw my newly started game cycle thru so many different IDs and email accounts that is no longer acceptable let alone funny. It seems like the stupid gamer ID is unavoidable and therefore a moot point. You have 2 choices, sign in with an exsting account or a new one. Tallying up 2 hours of chat with Google Support show they simply do not care. The only thing they care about is that 1 account they can advertize to.

Sorry had to go on a bit of a bender last night :oops: Ticket # 7831379. I need game # 04mo5eaw transferred to game # 04wohqeb at level 6 on my Nox game on windows10 PC.. Thanks so much for any help you can give.

If you are still having issues getting your game back, then write to support team like this, Please restore "game code" to this "game code" and any additional information you have.

If it's an Emulator, then you can log in from the same Google account in which you had your game connected on your old device.
Then you can restore yourself through Google Play Games.

That's the problem, trying to fix the problem myself the last 2 days, I created too many google AND email accounts. Now I have no idea what belongs where. Using MEmu for my fuel ring account, I saw at least 6 game names and emails pass thru it.

For what? Level 3 is sufficient.
And do you still have the game in your old device?

Yes, main game still in tablet that died Sunday, will probably be a few weeks for repair or replacement.:cry: I hate sending it out without getting it cleaned of my info :eek: Thanks again for your time, concern and support.:)

Unfortunately I have never had an issue with using Blue Stacks app on my PC.
My cellphone has no way of storing downloaded apps on the SD card so everything except maybe photos is stored on the main drive.
So I used Blue Stacks to create ANF3. About a week ago it started loading really slow and then would hiccup all through my playing session taking me over an hour just to send 20 gifts, collect from 9 I think and send out planes. SO officially ANF3 has crashed.
When I have time I will create another user account on PC and start ANF3 again. Apologies to everyone who got gifts from that game.

An update on Blue Stacks
It quit completely. Therefore I lost ANF3 and have now changed ANF4 to 3.
I am working on finding, installing another game on PC, but with lol all the people having support games, it seems GI has caught onto that and Grrr keeps giving me passengers instead of fuel to gift.
