You can organise your own...
But, you need to:
1. Announce here on the forum, the colour of the launch and if it will be multi colours then state so and also the expected number of each colour.
2. Invite people with qls to enlist to help you out
3. State the time and day of the intended launch
4. Always have an extra device to communicate during launches

Look in the launch chat room. There are always flights happening. Often QL parties develop without planning by people coming toghether.
