Windows Alliance Reputation and award

Flying Springbok has completed 7/12 alliance missions last week, we were on 16/20 reputation the week before and expected to level up. On my game (Bertus II) it does not show alliance award bonus as active and we are still 16/20 reputation

Should I hope this is just a delayed update, or is there cause for concern?

It has something to do with your game, I just watched. The alliance has 1 new member spot and the bonus is active.
I would wait for a day or so and then contact the support if it doesn't change.
