I cant buy premium pass, I contacted both microsoft and x box they checked there side, they said it was game problem

Yes, I have exactly the same problem when I try to buy the premium pass on Windows 10. When I enter my MS password I get a dialogue telling me "It looks like you already own this", with the reference PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent.
