General Advice for an experienced noob

G'day All, been playing for 6months or so now on iPhone. There are a few things I've learned along the way I wish I had known from the start (weekend codes, neighbour drops collections etc), but I'm sure there's more out there that i don't know. Looking for general advice and confirmation/correction on my below "assumptions" which may or may not be correct.

For info I'm level 70, carry 40k passengers per week and my max runway is L5, though i do have red, green and blue launchers.

1. My Fuel20 gift has disappeared, what should I be sending instead? Currently I'm going with the 10 passengers, which isn't exactly useful?

2. With my own passengers and fuel I receive, I hord them up and blow them all whenever I get a skycaptain bonus. Is this correct strategy?

3. I have the max 500 friends as I'm a bit of a whore when it comes to receiving gifts, I probably get around 100 per day, more than I could ever return. Acceptable?

4. I'm still saving gold tokens from red launches but am unaware of any other way of earning them? My alliance has five members and finishes approx 200th each week so that's out.

5. On the subject of alliances, I ship 40k passenegers per week. Should I be looking for a new alliance? Would anyone be interested? Is their any reward in being alliance leader?

6. back on gold tokens, should I be blowing these on faster planes?

7. I rarely play the 2-week missions, are the rewards ever worth it?

8. My terminal is rarely full, I have difficulty acquiring passengers. Currently I'm maxed our on Smart Houses, Disturbance, Doubts and building Multi Story buildings. Any other high yield ones I have missed that don't cost 2m coins to build?

9. As a complete nit when it comes to spending money, I'm yet to pay actual cash to get greens. Aside from one per level and the weekend codes, are they available without parting with real dollars?

I will try to answer your questions in order.

1. first of all I suggest make up a signature of what you have to send and what you need.

2. Fuel 20 comes and goes depending on the updates downloaded. You should be send people who are on this forum, gifts they need based on what is posted in their signature.

3. No it is not use it on every day flights over time they will net more coins and experience to let you advance to the next level. Trying to do it with a sky captain bonus will hurt in the long run when they do not make large drops. All bonuese soft have had their drop rates reduced drastically as part of GI BUSINESS STRATEGY.

4. You can have as many friends as you want. Try rotating your gifts around the friends who are daily giftors to you.

5. Currently only to receive gold coins is completing the water world collection or coming above fifty in the alliance flights.

6. Alliances are always seeking new people. If your alliance is not completing at least 10 % per week, you need to talk to them, if they have no interest it is time to move on. No reward in being Alliance leader only difference is you get to pick and choose who joins your alliance.

7. Use some on faster planes but save the rest to use on special deals that may come around once a year. Like Casino or Bank or mint. They drop greenies and are recharged using gold tokens.

8. yes their are rewards to play events (two week missions). Take for example the card tower that was the reward of last event. Besides dropping passengers or coins, It also increased the out put of all near by buildings of passengers or coins in a 10 space radius around the building by 10 %.

9. Buy some of the smaller building that recycle in 10 minutes or so, less amount of passengers but more frequently by the end of the day their output could surpass high yield buildings. Again some these buildings drop other rewards beside passengers when events are active.

9. Only if you have a casino, bank or mint but they use gold tokens and coins to recharge as I stated previously. Any other method requires you to spend real money. If you plan on spending money take advantage of the 3 x times offer that come every other week.

10. No just observe learn and ask questions if you are unsure about something.
