Android Advantage of creating an alliance

there are no real advantages besides sharing the load and if you are lucky enough to be in the top 20 extra maps to destinations which have special rewards that non alliance members cannot get..
When creating an alliance :
1. Use only forum members or people who you can communicate with.
2. Try to pick members who have the same commitment as you.
3. Do not try to complete all 3 destinations until you have an alliance with a large member base. You will just be wasting your limited resources and get frustrated.
Alliance was easier just flighting for passengers only. The upgrade is nothing but trouble.
To delete alliance members I am not sure if you can as i am not an alliance leader to grant or reject members.
