My opinion - if possible buy land (after expansion 10 it is cash only @20cash each) and in the long run to win at this game you need land... Preferable in the city side.

The promotions pop up in the upper right hand corner of the game right under your coins. I don't think this promotion was happening for iPad and iPhone users...

i saved my greens And send an email to GI.
But still no reply, have to wIt a couple more days.
