For the 4.11.5 update, I thing I just discovered is that it would clear your Waiting list, both of my games have 0 in the Waiting list now, and there were about 40 pending on each game before the update. So if you have neighbor requests in the Waiting list you wanted to accept but haven't done...

I got a 4.11.4 update and immediately followed by a 4.11.5 update from Google Play, maybe GI forgot something in 4.11.4. My LY game is at 4.11.5 now, haven't seen any difference yet beside the Mission Control Center now requires road.

Okay, sure. My LY game just got transferred to a new device, so I am currently figuring out the friend code with GI, I will let you know in the next day or two of the friend code of my LY game, and then you can send a neighbor request and then a request to join my alliance.
