    GI support found my launch problem when adding launch items, i'm having trouble adding items for the 1st time, takes 4 clicks, so GI is having me delete game and reinstall, they will bring back my game.

    I updated greeper to 7.21.22, lost all neighbors, restored neighbors using back-up, now still waiting on gi for solution, I joined a launch with greeper, cant add launch items, tried 6 hrs to add items couldn't, so opened anthor ticket

    Well I sent an email to gi support an email, told them the problem and what I did to rectify the problem and a snap shot, then got the automatic response request ting the information in original email, so sent my friend code then told them to read original email
