I know we used to be able to back up our game from the C drive User folders and then App Data and then Packages if I recall. Is it true this is no longer an option and G.I. needs to restore your game? I think it was G.I. who told me this last month when I previously lost my game. I fear my loss...

I had to reinstall Windows 10 on my 4 PCs due to a conflict/bug. I lost my game and 3 supports so awaiting support from G.I Hope it won't be too long, sorry to my neighbours and alliance.

Sorry to my neighbours and Alliance but my main game has been damaged according to an error message I get when trying to start the game. GI has been notified and I hope to have my game restored by tomorrow. I will do my best to make up for gifts received.

So, on my 2 android phone games, I can always load Main Stabilizers and PEB's, but everything else fails to load. The load button highlights then stops. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Okay, I finally got my game back but I have lost all my neighbours, plus my alliance! I hope I don't have to manually add my favourite neighbours. I shall try and be patient and await GI to assist if they can.

Our network was hacked today and all our devices bar one are inoperable. I will have to reinstall operating systems on 3 PC's and 2 laptops. I have lost access to the game and it may take a while to fix as I have spent 6 hours so far with no luck. Hope to be back soon Charles

I need to finish my new PC build today and will be reinstalling Windows 10 home. I've read other posts saying GI can help restore, but others saying I can use a backup that resides in User-App data if I recall. Any advice on how best to restore my game would be appreciated. Thanks, Charles
