Im guessing GI will release another update which will resolve the problem. Had something similar in the past.

Just had an update made available for Airport City - However now my Airport has vanished! Read a few other people having a similar issue on facebook. Be careful if you decide to take the update! Only GI could release an update to fix things and make things worse!
