yes, in Janurary my game(gamerader) reset to level 54, lost alot of neighbors and alot of inventory, had to contact GI support, to get inventory back, greenies and coins, neighbors gi said they weren't able to fix, so i back up my game daily

Finding some one in Support with the understanding and comprehension of english is laughable, They need a quality control engineer, to tell them what there doing wrong and how to fix it, because there standards suck, and i've did quality control work. they need to retrain there staff
