wwo55,
Yes, the map chests that drop from the Excavations destinations are ordinary. The items for the Aztec Legacy, Roman Holiday, Guardians of the Forest, Riddles of the Pharaohs and The Ancient World, on the other hand, are collectibles. They are listed in the gold chest icon named...
The Hangar for the Jet-Powered Sleigh requires:
4 Sleigh Covers
4 Sleigh Oil
4 Heaters
4 Red Paint
They can be gifted or dropped from flights to Cyprus (very seldom), San Francisco (very seldom), Sydney (very seldom), Moscow (very seldom), Iceland (very seldom) and Tokyo (very seldom)
My Waverly huff game auto-completed the Santa's Bad Day quest so it cannot send -- nor does it need -- any of those gifts. My tomgreensmith game is playing the quest.
Cheers,
Tom
flip123,
No idea. I don't remember the Snowball from last year. (I'm lucky if I remember what I had for breakfast yesterday!) I'm sure its use will become obvious as the quest progresses.
Cheers,
Tom
Has anyone else noticed that those darn pop-up windows advertising GI's other games pop up a lot more now? I set a stopwatch and found the window reappears every one minute and 20 seconds. What a nuisance!
In other news ...
My Waverly huff game auto-completed the Santa's Bad Day quest. While I...
Bali Hi,
I opened up the launch window, saw that Deetee04 had started a launch, tapped on that icon then tapped on "Join." Instead of joining Deetee04's launch, I found myself on a new launch all by myself. It has happened before but not for the past couple of months. I thought the bug was...
Deetee04,
Went to join your Prometheus launch and got shunted over to one of my own. This is what worried me about the Quantum Leap launches; at least it didn't happen then. Oh, well.
Cheers,
Tom
Neil ellor,
Congratulations on hitting the big five-ohhhh. And thanks for calling me "youngster." I'll remember that in two months when I hit the big seven-ohhhh. Ha!
Cheers,
Tom
Neil ellor,
Air Conditioner sent from tomgreensmith. Optical System sent from Waverly huff.
Az1,
Oscillating Beacons sent from tomgreensmith and Waverly huff.
Cheers,
Tom
Lukasz,
So far it drops the same type of "regular" collectibles as the Aztec Pyramid, Stonehenge and the Ancient Greek Temple. It does not drop items necessary for any of these "special" buildings.
Cheers,
Tom
Another Great Quantum Leap Adventure!
Nine launches in 24 hours! Thanks to everyone who came along for the ride, especially Bali Hi, our extraordinary launch leader. It was a thrill to be a part of this group. Until next time ...
Cheers,
Tom
Yesterday I asked GI about making more land available. Here's what they replied:
Thank you for contacting Game Insight Support Team!
We really appreciate that you are playing our game and to keep you involved new interesting quests and other game features like new expansions, events and many...
wwo55,
You just missed Launch #6. The next launch is at 1 am California time GMT-8. I believe that's 1 pm Moscow time. Bali2 is leading the launch so you must be neighbors with him to join. Pakman is scheduled to take first place. The launches are very fast, usually within seven minutes. We wait...
Launch #6 took seven minutes with Bali2, nsari, Pakman, BaliHi and Waverly huff participating.
Launch #7 at 1 am California time GMT-8. Bali2 will lead and Pakman will take first place.
Cheers,
Tom
Launch #5 took seven minutes with Bali2, nsari, Pakman, BaliHi, Benjamin Thomas and Waverly huff participating.
Launch #6 at 10 pm California time GMT-8. Bali2 will lead and nsari will take first place.
Cheers,
Tom
I'm sure they did that to the Stonehenge and Ancient Greek Temple buildings as well. Besides now dropping "normal" collectible items, each building raises the population maximum by 50. That's not as important to me as the buildings (Aztec Legacy, Crop Circles, Space Travel Monument) that raise...
Maybe I'm naiive, but I think it's really cool that people from India, Indonesia, England, The Netherlands and the U.S. get together in spite of different time zones and languages and do this.
Sorry, Blackcloud, Deetee04, Lukasz, nsari ... I couldn't figure out where you are located.
Cheers,
Tom
