Tell me about it. I spent 36 greens on pruning sets just so I could complete the flower part. I know I could have spent 2 weeks visiting neigbours to collect them, but thats an awful long time not to collect space fuel.

I went ahead and bought one and got the blue. I placed it around my stone castles. Just went to collect passengers from my stone castles which are around the metro station and see the drop rate for items also increases. Where I usually only get 1 item, I was getting 2's and 3's!

I gave up in the end and bought a few pruning shears packages. I thought it would take me two weeks to collect enough pruning shears from neighbours and that's valuable time I'm missing out on collecting space fuel! Happy to say I've completed the flower and dolce vista part of the quest now.
