Was definitely backed up to Google as usually play on my tablet, but as I was on holiday copied the game across to my mobile as could use 4g. As soon as I come back, transferred back over to my tablet. Always visit madalin before closing game as been caught out before.

Any update on this? I was level 70, had to restore and the downloaded version was level 68. Deleted and downloaded again but no option to download progress from the server. Sent GI an email and waiting to hear back.

Emailed back but haven't heard anything yet. Same as you, wasn't expecting anything, just wanted to highlight the issue.

They replied back this morning offering me 3 boxes. However, I didn't realise when you download your game to a new device, it gives you a new friend code. So the one I gave them was the one I had been using for 5 years, not the one I got the other day.

@Gt city Sent an email to GI support regarding the daily quest changing after levelling up. Will post any response back. Think what frustrated me was all the additional fuel I wasted!

Very frustrated with the daily quest. Had almost completed it until I leveled up and it wiped my quest progress and gave me 3 new quests.

Yup, was very painful waiting for the cities to load. Also pretty much wasted 4 greens on a Golden Dice as the neighbours I visit with planetariums seem to be mainly on Windows devices that haven't for the update yet so I get booted straight out of their city.

Zero here. Moved to Windows 10 from Windows 7 about a year ago after my hard drive failed. Went for a SSD in the end and not regretted it!
