It is a 2h 23m dead lock on my game, nothing is saved, no point to play the game, hope the fix will come out soon.

My main game joined this problem club since last night, posted in the new quest thread, now post here, no point to play since nothing is saved, all resets back every time logged into the game. (n)

Okay, that worked, but the http://helpdesk.game-insight.com/ is where I used to submit tickets. Any idea on when the not saving progress bug would be fixed?

By the way, I am trying to submit ticket to GI at: http://helpdesk.game-insight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, the page only has a title of "Submit a request" with no content whatsoever. Not sure if GI purposely turned off the ticketing feature because there are too many tickets opened? Free2Play ??

Like many of you already mentioned, my main game got the worst situation since yesterday, the game just doesn't save or progress at all. Cannot visit neighbors, the one-hour fuel station job (and all my commerce buildings with collecting time greater than 60 mintues) runs forever and never end...
