After the update, I didn't see the quest either. I had to close the game a couple of times and then wait in the game for about 20 minutes for it to show up. As of right now, I have a counter for 6 days and 14 hours for the quest.

No problem @Dave, I should have said that Attitude Indicator is not my top priority. I believe you have Passengers (10), which is my top priority for my main game. Or I have other flight items needed for my second game in my signature, and my second game is where I have Wall Speaker anyway.
