@Mike47 IMHO - flight catering facility. You get plenty of solid fuel from the launch ready items you get from visiting launch pads, planetariums (or planetaria), and training centers.

Thanks! I tried upgrading my one facility to put out 2 flight catering every 12 hours, but it reverted back to one. GI refunded my 10 airport cash, but I haven't tried it again. Is yours working without problems?
