Have you tried checking AC wiki? Link it is the blue bar below. Otherwise, you'll have to wait til you actually start building (or upgrading) and it will show you then what you need and (usually) where you can find it.

Looks like you have a neighbor who took care of that for you. Guess he hasn't really learned the etiquette of launching with QLs. @yoyomotor He's apparently fairly new and has not posted any messages since he joined the forum.
