You can, but you don't need to. I think I've spent a total of $6.00 in the year or so I've been playing. They have some outrageous sales on their "cash". I suppose, like in AC, some people will spend mega $$$ to advance, but not necessary.

Since we're dealing with "game balance" (ie 100 item limit), along with this exciting update, are those who have 40 Rocket Gardens, Space Travel Monuments, CBMs,, etc., going to be brought down to the same limit as the rest of us? If not, then we're not really dealing with game balance, are we?

It's a shame that so many people think that the facebook game is a windows game. It's NOT. Windows games are considered mobile, along with android & IOS. Facebook games are just that - facebook. You can only play on facebook or gameroom.
