Yep, I got it wrong. Once you have used your daily video allowance you cannot use the extra tap facility. Regards Harcourt

I have answered my own question. You can keep tapping even after you have used up your daily videos, including new neighbours after you have visited the usual 12. I am not sure how effective it is. I have done 8 taps on Planetariums and got nothing, nix, zilch !! Regards Harcourt

I also have tried this feature. I was able to make 3 extra 'taps' and could have done more. Having visited all my neighbours, so the count shows 'You can visit 0, refresh in 6h 50m) I can still visit other neighbours and use a video etc etc. I assume you can keep visiting until your daily...
