I've just had to submit another support request to GI. My Gold subscription has disappeared .. this must be the third time in as many months. Anyone else have this problem? I'm getting pretty tired of it now. Why make us pay for something that doesn't work properly? If they don't resolve this...

Hi, My game did an update this morning and appeared to hang. I closed the game relaunched, but it's now stuck on the "Loading" screen. Anyone else seen this before and, if so, have any clue how to fix it? Thanks, A
