Since my re-boot from the neighbours airport glitch, you are again one of my friends, but cannot visit you. Very weird! I can gift and receive but no visiting. Out of interest how can you backup on android (for the future), does the phone need to be rooted?

So got the long awaited response from GI, and fair play to them they have delivered what I asked for (almost). The only thing that is missing is my friend/neighbour heart level which I will reply asking to be sorted aswell. On the plus side they gave me an aztec pyramid instead of the aztec...

The bug seemed to occur while visiting a neighbour, then you get a pop up asking to install another game (possibly for 4 greenies), you click off AC then it seems to have taken the airport you were currently opened with. Luckily for you GI support have replied, I have got 2 standard responses since Wed when I submitted the original ticket, first asked for friend code then 2nd asked for screenshots of the level/friend code etc. I have asked for a restore code to get my game back to Wednesday am (before the crash)...
