Here is a screenshot from my pc showing the current update installed, but my game will not connect to the AC servers???

No, my pc game still won’t connect to their servers. It is wired connection for my pc. The update is showing as being installed, but no update on the game itself!!!

It is has to be something with connecting through a server, either wired or not, as my iPhone game with LTE connects to neighbors and I am receiving gifts, etc. While my wi-fi and hard wired games still cannot connect and nothing is counting towards event.

Same here on both my iOS games with wi-fi - no connection. Also, just tried my non-updated windows game and no connection on it either - and it is a wired connection. Maybe the polar vortex is to blame??? :cry:

Thank you for the reply! I did not realize that & it is doing it on my games as well. Haven't paid attention to the counter due to the short time for this quest - didn't think I would come close to the 10,000 number.

None of my event planes or guest planes are yielding 9 snowflakes. From the start of the quest, I have only gotten 3 snowflakes with plane landings. Maybe my games have a bug???? :(
