I think from memory lower level games seem to get better offers and more offers for discounted greens and coins, not sure which level you get the normal offers.

Giants and above need greens to repair, there are no items to speed up the repair other than greens. Same with any of the S type planes as far as I know.

Building the 2 oil refinerys can boost your total fuel to 290 - although the last 40 of that costs 2000 greens :sick::sick:
