    It goes up after a certain number of expansions, i just did my 81st and the cost has gone up from 20 (10 in the sale) to 40 (20 in the sale). There is a thread somewhere which states the cost and after how many expansions the cost rises

    Ok so when you visit neighbours concentrate on clicking on training centres, mission control centres, launch pad and cosmic fuel stations. These are the buildings which should get you the items for your field ration
